How We Process, Secure, and Share Your Data

Payments via MultipaySafe

For handling (part of) the payments on our website, we use the MultipaySafe platform. MultipaySafe processes your name and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. MultipaySafe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. MultipaySafe reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and may, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. The safeguards mentioned regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of MultipaySafe’s services for which they engage third parties. MultipaySafe does not retain your data longer than legally permitted.

Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the processing always directly relates to the assignment you have given us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing unless you have explicitly consented to it. Your data is only shared with third parties to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations based on agreements with us or legal obligations.

Automatically Collected Data

Data automatically collected by our website is processed to improve our services. This data, such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system, is not personal data.

Cooperation with Tax and Criminal Investigations

In some cases, Schipholtaxi.Pro may be legally obliged to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by government agencies. In such cases, we are required to share your data, but we will do our best to oppose this within the legal possibilities.

Retention Periods

We retain your data as long as you are a customer with us, with a maximum of two years. This means that we keep your data until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this, we consider it a request to be forgotten. Due to legal administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data for the applicable period. However, employees no longer have access to your customer profile and documents we have created as a result of your order.
