- Is the taxi just for me?
- Yes, the taxi you book with Schipholtaxi.Pro is always exclusively for you. There are never any strangers sharing the ride, and you decide what time the taxi should be at your doorstep.
- Until when can I make a reservation?
- You can still order a taxi or minibus from us until 10:00 PM the night before your departure. We have a large fleet of taxis and minibuses available.
- Until when can I cancel?
- You can cancel your order free of charge until 10:00 PM the night before your departure. So feel free to book your taxi transport with us months in advance.
- What about children and child seats in a taxi?
- Child seats are not mandatory in taxis according to taxi regulations. Children under 3 years old may sit on an adult’s lap, while those older must wear a seatbelt. We do not provide child seats or boosters ourselves.
- How can payment be made?
- You decide how to pay. You can pay in advance on the website when booking your taxi, using iDeal or a credit card. Alternatively, you can pay in the taxi with cash, debit card, or credit card. You can specify your preference during the booking process.
